"July 2nd I was finalizing the purchase of a new car and needed the insurance to drive away from the dealer. I called Carrie Welch, costumer care representative for Dan Stoudt, Agent for State Farm, for help. I have known Carrie for over 10 years and she always handled my needs of insurance.
